Hey guys, as promised I am announcing the release date of Bloo 1.3. It will be available on the market this Monday August 3rd. I am not sure about what time on Monday but it should’t be late.
Check the post below for the major features found in Bloo 1.3. This version is a great foundation for me to build new features for upcoming versions.
It has taken sometime, but only because summer was in the way!

Hey…I am having a problem on my wife’s G1. For some reason it isn’t showing pictures that are being uploaded. I shows them uploading and then it shows that it finishes, but it never shows the picture…not on my the computer either. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still does it everytime. I can’t recreate the problem on my G1 though…It’s really strange.
Yeah, unfortunately for this great app, the official Facebook-designed, Google-approved app will be coming out as early as next week. Bloo had a good run and got some money from (I’m sure) a number of people. With the release of the myTouch and people scanning for Facebook apps, I highly doubt they’ll choose one designed by an unknown versus one designed by Facebook itself. Thanks for the hard work on Bloo and good luck in your future endeavors.
Any chance we will be having access to accepting friends and the such?

Actually, official app will have less features. Both Bloo and Babbler will be ok. folks that want lots of features are not going anywhere

Additionally the absolute best would be if we can filter people into groups and get alerts whenever they post status updates.
Seems as Facebook took so long I’m gonna support the small guy and buy 1.3…roll on Monday!

Bloo has gone from slide me… I can’t find it anymore so I cant update it or reinstall it.
I cant update through the market either as I bought it through slideme
@Webreaper: actually if you do some digging you’ll find out that this rumour is based on two screenshots. One from the myTouch 3G website and the other from the Sony Ericsson Rachel UI video. You can find this information here:
